Exchange rates are not updating

Check your internet connection and try opening FastExchange again. Rate data is requested from ExchangeRate-API for the selected base currency.

Widgets show an old rate

Widgets update on an iOS-managed schedule. Open FastExchange to refresh the current pair, then return to the widget.

Location suggestions are not working

Confirm that location suggestions are enabled in FastExchange and that iOS Settings allows location access. Background suggestions require Always Location permission.

FastExchange+ is missing after reinstalling

Use Restore Purchases in the app. Purchases are linked to the Apple ID used for the original App Store purchase.
